Having lived in diverse communities throughout my life, I am passionate about building bridges between different perspectives. As such, I believe in exploring questions through cross-cultural and interdisciplinary research. With a background spanning computer science, psychology, and linguistics, I’m particularly interested in the different identities an individual may inhabit, whether shaped by cross-cultural experiences, created through fictional role-playing, or induced by immersion in different environments. My academic work employs brain imaging methods, including fMRI and OPM-MEG, with a focus in temporal and visual perception. I enjoy tabletop role playing (TTRPG), live action role playing (LARP), improv theater and volleyball in my free time.
